AWA Letter Announcing “Roll Out” Of The “First Installment” Of The Digital Beef System.

The attached letter was sent to AWA members on 9/19/2017 announcing the inital “roll out” of the Digital Beef system, which was characterized as the “first installement” of the system, as the system at this time was not completely ready.  The intent of this intial introduction of the system to members was to allow members to become familiar with the system and to allow members to begin “cleaning up” their registry animals (setting dead or otherwise disposed of animals to such status, etc.).   Together with this announcement, a document was sent that provided instructions on how members were to “clean up” their herd inventory in the registry (more on that matter in a separate post on this website dated the same day).
