AWA Letter To Members Regarding Roll-Out Of CAR dated 12/4/217
On 12/4/2017 AWA Executive Director George Owen sent an email to AWA members announcing the “Phase 3 roll out” that included CAR (Complete Animal Reporting), the new “per cow owned” fee structure to be implemented by the AWA to replace the former “per newly registered calf” fee structure.
