How To Record A Single New Calf With Birthing Data Entry
The attached tutorial shows how to enter a single calf to be recorded within your active herd inventory by entering the new calf birthing information such as birth date, dam, sire, recipient dam (in the case of an embryo calf), color, horn status, etc. This method is to enter one new animal at a on time via filling out the required information for the calf within Digital Beef. Note that there is a separate and different way to record new calves by uploading a list of new calves from a spreadsheet “CSV file” formatted exactly the way the file must be formatted.
