On May 8. 2014, Takeo Suzuki, a very experienced and highly respected Wagyu cattle expert, presented a presentation on feeding techniques for producing high quality beef from Wagyu cattle. This presentation contained excellent information regarding the quality of Wagyu beef and how to achieve high quality beef from Wagyu cattle through specific feeding techniques.
